Jon Koum Signed Agreement To Sell Whats App

The founder of world famous mobile messaging app Jon Koum sold their WhatsApp to Facebook. WhatsApp has using more than 450 million peoples every month and 70% of them are active on given day. The owner of facebook looks happy with this deal. After the launched of paper app, Facebook now bought WhatsApp approximately $16 billion. They will pay $4 billion in cash and other $12 billion worth of facebook shares.

They will give the extra $3 billion to the developers and employees. Mark Zukerberg thinks that this deal may help them to make the world more open and connected place. After that the CEO of Jon koum also decided join the Facebook Board of Directors. Lets see what Jon Koum said about this deal.
